Legal Basis
Environmental Impact Act, Article 43 (Targets of Small-Scale Environmental Impact Evaluation)
- 1. Project to develop implemented in those areas prescribed by the Presidential Decree where a preservation is needed and a plan is needed to develop which considers the preservation of environment in fear of indiscriminate development (Hereinafter, "Preservation Purpose Area")
- 2. Project to develop prescribed by the Presidential Decree, which does not correspond to the types and ranges of target projects for environmental impact evaluation
